PFLAG Norman announces their 2022 Scholarship Recipient

The PFLAG Norman Chapter is proud to announce this year’s Harrington Scholarship recipient. Congratulations to Cora Bosse on receiving $3,000 towards her college tuition! Cora is a ‘Normanite’ and is graduating from Epic Charter School this year. She plans to pursue an education in clinical psychology and creative writing. There were a handful of applicants this year and the decision was not an easy one for the board to make. However, Cora’s application stood out as she has proven her dedication and advocacy for equality in the community. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to applied and encourage you to apply again.

We would like to express our gratitude to Dick Miller for his generous contributions to the scholarship as well as Norman PRIDE for having us announce the good news at their fabulous event. The board would also like to thank everyone who has donated to PFLAG. Without our member’s donations, we would not be able to fulfill this amazing opportunity for many years to come.
