Norman City Council passes conversion “therapy” ban

Nearly 100 residents showed up to the special city council meeting, including members of PFLAG, Pride, and other LGBTQIA+ advocates. The ordinance, which bans the practice of attempting to change a person’s sexual orientation, was passed unanimously.
